By placing an order with TRADE POINTS PAINTS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms, together with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

2. Product and Service Description

We specialise in supplying genuine, factory-sealed products from the brands listed on our site. Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, images, and technical specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings, batch differences, or product reformulation. We are not liable for such minor variations which are inherent to paint products.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

3.1 Placing an Order

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Your card or PayPal account will be charged upon order confirmation.

3.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Cambridge, UK.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. The following options are available:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (Economy Mail Service). Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Transit times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. You are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or import fees levied by your country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our full 15-Day Returns & Exchanges Policy is detailed on our website. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unopened, in original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number before returning any item.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened/used paint, custom-mixed paints, goods damaged after delivery, and clearance items marked “Final Sale”.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. User Obligations and Responsibilities

By using our site and services, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
2. Use the products purchased in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and for their intended purpose.
