1. Standard Shipping (£12.95 Flat Fee):
    – Carrier: DHL or FedEx.
    – Transit Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    – Features: Fully tracked, reliable service. Recommended for professionals who need a balance of speed and cost.
2. Free Shipping (on orders over £50):
    – Carrier: EMS (International Postal Service).
    – Transit Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
    – Features: A tracking number is provided. Great value for planned projects and DIYers.
How long does order processing take before my paint is shipped?
All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days before being handed over to the carrier. You will receive notification once your order is dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Both our Standard and Free Shipping services include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track the package door-to-door. For Free Shipping (EMS), the provided tracking number will give you peace of mind on its journey.
Returns & Refunds
